2. Anton Hill Adventures customer register
The register processes information about Anton Hill Adventures' clients and potential clients.
3. Purpose and justification of customer data processing
Customer information is collected from the beginning of the customer relationship. The information is used for communication between the customer and the company. At the end of the trip, contact information (name, e-mail address) is used to send company newsletters 1-3 times a year. To create a secure customer relationship on trips, Health and Fitness information form collected before the trip will be destroyed at the end of the trip.
4. Data source and description
The source of information is the customer's contact form and the forms to be filled in when participating in the trip. The information is provided in a customer-oriented manner via www.antonhill.eu. As basic information, the name, age, address (street, postcode and country), telephone number and gender are collected from customers. If the participant is a minor, information on the guardian and the relationship between them is collected. In the Health and Fitness information form, potential customers are asked about the level of outdoor activities, travel equipment, medical condition and physical limitations, allergies, and medication.
5. Receiving personal information
The information is processed in the company's own electronic database by the company's employees. Customer information is used to organize the company's trip and to improve the customer experience during the actual trip, taking into account possible individual needs. When using external services, eg meals, information on allergies is shared with third parties when it comes to information that is relevant to the realization of the trip. No other customer information will be shared with third parties.
6. Transfer of personal data to foreign or other organizations
No customer information will be transferred to third parties. Data from visitors to the Anton Hill Adventures website is collected for statistical purposes, however, these are not personally identifiable information.
7. Retention period of personal data
Customers' personal information is used throughout the company's operations. Due to the nature of the services and long-term customer relationships, no expiration date has been set for the retention period. The intervals between active customer relationships can be long which makes data retention a prerequisite for business. If the customer wants to leave the customer register, he/she has the right and opportunity to do so. This is accomplished by contacting the company. At the end of the customer data retention period, all data about the company's customers will be destroyed in an appropriate manner.

Customer registry information is protected by a firewall on the company's computers.
9. Effects of non - disclosure of personnel information
Anton Hill Adventures reserves the right to deny a customer participation in trips due to omission of personal information or misrepresentation. The aim is to ensure the customer's own security during the trip. The purpose of the information is to take into account the realization of the trip and the factors influencing it. The omission of information may have an impact on the implementation of the trip as planned, the company's staff, other customers or other external factors that are part of the implementation of the trip. Permitting to provide contact information eliminates the company's ability to contact a potential customer and prevents the creation of a customer relationship.
10. Rights of the data subject

Correction of data: The registered person has the right to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data.

Right of deletion: The data subject has the right to request the deletion of personal data if the processing of the data is not necessary.
